IS61C1024AL
The IS62C1024AL is a high-speed, low power, 131,072-word by 8-bit CMOS static
RAMs, fabricated using high-performance CMOS technology. This highly reliable
process, coupled with innovative circuit design techniques, yields higher performance
and low power consumption devices. When CE1 is HIGH or CE2 is LOW (deselected),
the device assumes a standby mode at which the power dissipation can be reduced
by using CMOS input levels. Easy memory expansion is provided by using two Chip
Enable inputs, CE1 and CE2. The active LOW Write Enable (WE) controls
both the writing and reading of memory. The IS61C1024AL is available in 32-pin300-mil
SOJ, 32-pin 400-mil SOJ, 32-pin TSOP (Type 1, 8x20), and 32-pin sTSOP (Type 1,
8x13.4) packages.

IS61C6416AL
The IS61C6416AL is a high-speed, 1,048,576-bit static RAMs organized as 65,536
words by 16 bits, fabricated using ISSI's high-performance CMOS technology. This
highly reliable process coupled with innovative circuit design techniques; yields
access times as fast as 12 ns with low power consumption. When CE is HIGH
(deselected), the device assumes a standby mode at which the power dissipation
can be reduced down with CMOS input levels. Easy memory expansion is provided
by using Chip Enable and Output Enable inputs, CE and OE. The active
LOW Write Enable (WE) controls both the writing and reading of memory.
A data byte allows Upper Byte (UB) and Lower Byte (LB) access. The
IS61C6416AL is packaged in the JEDEC standard 44-pin 400-mil SOJ and 44-pin TSOP
(Type II). |
