As previously reported by Nu Horizons Electronics Corporation, on October 3, 2007, the Audit Committee of Nu Horizons' Board of Directors, on the recommendation of management, concluded that the Company’s annual and quarterly financial statements for the fiscal years 2002 through 2007, as well as the first quarter of fiscal 2008 ended May 31, 2007 should no longer be relied upon and that a restatement of some or all of those financial statements will be required. Investors are cautioned that the attached information and reports are being made available solely for archival purposes and could be subject to material change as a result of the restatement.
