Announces Distribution Agreement with Nu Horizons
-- Nu Horizons to provide distribution for North America
and Asia --
Waltham,
Mass. - (Sept. 9, 2003) - NetSilicon, a division of
Digi International (NASDAQ: DGII) and a leading provider
of network-attached embedded processors and device connectivity
software, today announced a distribution agreement with
Nu Horizons Electronics Corp. (NASDAQ: NUHC). The agreement
appoints Nu Horizons as NetSilicon's exclusive North American
distribution partner, and a non-exclusive distribution
partner in Asia.

development tool suite helps customers achieve dramatic
time-to-market reductions, reduce product unit costs,
save engineering resources and reduce design risk.
