Agreement

WIRE)--Dec. 20, 2005--RF Monolithics, Inc. (Nasdaq:RFMI - News; RFM) a leading
developer, manufacturer and supplier of radio frequency wireless solutions and
Nu Horizons Electronics Corp. (Nasdaq:NUHC - News), a leading global distributor
of advanced technology active components and system solutions; today announced
an agreement covering the territories of the United States, Canada, Mexico and
South America, in addition to global fulfillment in the Asia Pacific region for
all designs originating within the Americas. This agreement involves the distribution
of RFM's complete line of low power components, filters, RFICs, low power transmitters,
receivers and transceivers, frequency control products and mesh-enabled low power
modules.
RFM's products are used in numerous applications and many different
markets including: satellite radio, remote keyless entry and tire pressure monitoring
applications in automotive; wireless base stations and optical equipment in telecommunications;
