Expands Partnership Agreement With Nu Horizons Electronics Corporation

Completes Geographic Coverage In North America

JOSE, Calif., June 20, 2005 - Xilinx, Inc. (NASDAQ: XLNX) the worldwide leader
of programmable logic solutions and Nu Horizons Electronics Corp. (NASDAQ:NUHC),
a leading distributor of high technology active components; today announced the
expansion of their North American partnership agreement with the addition of eight
states. As a valued Xilinx partner in the majority of North America for the past
17 years, Nu Horizons has been particularly successful in developing and supporting
mid-tier and emerging customer bases. The collaborative relationship between both
companies has been developed on a state-by-state basis throughout the long-standing
alliance. Now, with the addition of Connecticut, Michigan, Utah, Indiana, Missouri,
Arizona and North and South Dakota, the Xilinx/Nu Horizons partnership is formalized
across the entirety of North America.
