Exar Expands Distribution Agreement with Nu Horizons Electronics Globally

Melville, NY - November 28, 2007 - Nu Horizons Electronics Corp. (NASDAQ:NUHC), a leading global distributor of advanced technology semiconductor, display, illumination, power and system solutions, and Exar Corporation (NASDAQ:EXAR), today announced the expansion to their existing distribution agreement to include worldwide franchised rights for Exar's full line of Communications, Interface and Power products, including the recently acquired Sipex portfolio of Power Management, LED Backlighting and Interface devices. 

Exar designs, develops and markets power management and connectivity silicon solutions for a wide array of applications such as portable devices, home media gateways, communications systems, and industrial automation equipment.
