Micron and Nu Horizons Electronics Announce North American Distribution Agreement

Melville, NY and Boise, ID - July 17, 2007 - Nu Horizons Electronics Corp. (NASDAQ:NUHC), a leading global distributor of advanced technology semiconductor, display, illumination and system solutions, and Micron Technology, Inc. (NYSE: MU) today announced a distribution agreement for Micron’s full line of products, including DRAM, memory modules, Mobile DRAM, PSRAM, NAND Flash, Multichip Packages and CMOS Image Sensors. The agreement gives Nu Horizons non-exclusive distribution rights throughout the United States, Canada and Mexico, in addition to global fulfillment for North American designs being manufactured in other parts of the world. 

Micron’s DRAM and Flash components are offered in multiple technologies, generations, configurations, and packages to meet the diverse needs of computing, server, automotive, networking, security, commercial/industrial, consumer electronics, medical and mobile applications. Micron currently provides synchronous DRAM (SDRAM), double data rate (DDR) SDRAM, DDR2, and reduced latency DRAM (RLDRAM® memory) architectures for use in various applications such as PCs, PDAs, MP3 players, servers, switches and routers. Micron also provides Mobile SDRAM and CellularRAM™ devices for consumer and mobile products. Micron's NAND flash devices target such applications as removable storage, digital music players, and mobile handset products.
