Nu Horizons Electronics Named to Distribute Linear Technology Products in Europe
Expansion Builds Upon Successful North American and Asia Pacific Partnership

MELVILLE, NY – March 18, 2008 - Nu Horizons Electronics Corp. (NASDAQ: NUHC), a leading global distributor of advanced technology semiconductor, display, illumination, power and system solutions; today announced the expansion of their five-year North American and two-year Asia Pacific partnership agreement with Linear Technology Corporation (NASDAQ: LLTC) into the European region. Effective immediately, Nu Horizons will distribute Linear Technology's complete line of high-performance analog integrated circuits in the United Kingdom and Ireland, Germany, Austria and Switzerland.
