The
voxbox is a fully integrated system that allows you to design, develop and
deploy your VoIP solution utilizing technology from Sun Microsystems. Sun's SPARC
architecture and Solaris O/S give you the bandwidth, reliability and scalability
to meet the needs of voice over the net applications. Nu Horizons can provide
you with an engineer trained by Sun to assist you in getting your product to market
more quickly. Call us today at our toll free number 888-747-NUHO (6846) for more
information on the voxbox- IP Development Tool.

Up to four 200 MHz TMS320C6201 DSPs and a single Motorola MPC860 PowerQUICC
control processor for real-tim control and data management.
Lucent
ambassador T8100 TDM switch provides ECTF H.110 compliant offboard interface.
PMC site for
modular expansion plus 10/100 Base T Ethernet connection for high performance
link to standard area network.
Well suited to deployment in telecommunications
and communications processing applications.
The
architecture of the CPC380 capitalizes on the Motorola® MPC860MH PowerQUICC
Datacomm Processor. The advanced feature set of the MPC860MH allows for the superior
handling of fully channelized T1 or E1 spans, increasing the number of possible
active protocol links.
The
32MB DRAM (a dedicated 16MB array per PowerQUICC processor) allows the CPC380
to execute protocols and WAN applications directly on board. A shared 64KB SRAM
array provides ample space for accepting and queuing of PCIbus data.
Critical
to any telecom system is the hot swappability of its board level components. The
CPC380 fully complies to the latest PICMG hot swap specification by incorporating
the PLX PCI9054 Bus Master Interface. This hot swap friendly device fully enables
the hot insertion and extraction of boards into an operating chassis.
The
CPC380 also supports the ECTF H.10 specification. By incorporating the OKI H.100/H.110
interface device, the CPC380 can send or receive any of its 128 possible timeslots
to the J4 connector. |
