Nu Horizons Electronics to Distribute Galileo Technology BroadBand Communications Products in North America

SAN JOSE, CA and MELVILLE, NEW YORK – (MARCH 13, 2000) – Galileo Technology (Nasdaq: GALT) and Nu Horizons Electronics today announced the signing of an agreement through which Nu Horizons becomes an authorized distributor for Galileo’s high performance, data communications controllers and WAN interface devices.

According to Dave Bowers, Sr. Vice President of Marketing for Nu Horizons, “We are excited about our new relationship with Galileo as it supports our vision of becoming the lead semiconductor distributor in supporting the rapidly growing Broadband Communications market. We have assigned an engineering task force to become Galileo experts to provide a high level of engineering support in all major markets.”
