Announce Exclusive Distribution Agreement
Melville,
NY - (August 8, 2001) - Nu Horizons Electronics Corp.
(Nasdaq:NUHC) announced today the amendment of their agreement
with Integrated Circuit Systems, Inc. (Nasdaq:ICST) to
distribute ICS' extensive range of silicon timing devices
exclusively throughout North America and Canada.

two companies are launching a series of actions to assure
customer support through this transition. Nu Horizons
has already begun performing specialized trainings for
all of their field applications engineers (FAEs) and sales
team throughout the county. They will work closely with
ICS' area sales managers and its nationwide representative
organization to continue to build and strengthen the relationship.
