and Nu Horizons Electronics Announce Distribution Agreement
Nu Horizons to distribute Intersil's portfolio of high
performance analog products throughout North America
IRVINE,
Calif., June 26, 2002 - Intersil Corporation (NASDAQ:
ISIL), a world leader in the design and manufacture of
high performance analog and wireless networking solutions,
and Nu Horizons Electronics Corporation (NASDAQ: NUHC)
have signed an agreement whereby Nu Horizons will distribute
Intersil's high performance analog integrated circuits
(ICs) throughout North America. Nu Horizons has been a
channel partner and longtime distributor for Intersil-acquired
Elantec Semiconductor for the past 15 years, and this
new agreement will expand the electronics distributor's
offering to include Intersil's portfolio of high performance
analog products.
