Logistics Agreement
Centralized
Order Fulfillment To Reduce Shipment Costs and Streamline
Delivery of Products
Camarillo,
CA — November 12, 2002 — Vitesse
Semiconductor Corporation today announced, to best serve
its customers in Asia, it will offer local order fulfillment
and logistic services of products to this region. Through
an agreement with Titan Logistics Corp., Vitesse is providing
its EMS (Electronic manufacturing services) and CM (Contract
manufacturers) customers with a dedicated source to meet
their fulfillment needs. Local customer service representatives
will be available to process orders, expedite shipments
and monitor inventory requirements. All products for the
region will be warehoused and shipped from Titan Logistics’
facility in Singapore.

agreement with Titan Logistics Corp. will serve Singapore,
Thailand, Malaysia, Hong Kong and P.R.C. and will be expanded
as required. The company is a wholly owned subsidiary
of North American based distributor, Nu Horizons Electronics
Corp. (Nasdaq:NUHC). Vitesse will begin distribution of
products through Titan Logistics beginning 12/01, 2002.
