Nu Horizons Announces Distribution Agreement with Celestica Power Systems
Nu Horizons to distribute Celestica's Power Management Products Throughout North America and Asia/Pacific.

MELVILLE, NY - March 12, 2003 - Nu Horizons Electronics Corp. (NASDAQ:NUHC) today announced an agreement establishing Nu Horizons as an authorized multi-national distributor for Celestica Power Systems. The agreement encompasses selling rights for North America, Australia, China, India, Indonesia, Korea, Malaysia, New Zealand, Singapore, Taiwan and Thailand.

Celestica, a world leader in electronics manufacturing services (EMS) and provider of next generation power solutions for original equipment manufacturers (OEMs), offers standard products including high-efficiency DC/DC brick converters, high di/dt vertical-mount DC/DC converters, non-isolated SIP-mount converters and voltage regulator modules (VRMs) with performance metrics that are among the best in the power industry.
