South American Distribution Agreement with Hynix Semiconductor
Inc.
Consignment Agreement Provides Leading-Edge

Electronics Corp. (NASDAQ:NUHC), a leading distributor
of high technology active components, today announced
an exclusive North and South American distribution and
consignment agreement with Hynix Semiconductor Inc., one
of the worlds largest suppliers of DRAM products.
This agreement encompasses exclusive distribution rights
for all Hynix memory products within the Americas, in
addition to global support for all Nu Horizons design
and fulfillment opportunities originating within North
America.
