Inc. Announce Expanded Distribution Agreement
Nu Horizons Becomes Authorized ISSI Distributor throughout
Asia and Brazil

Clara, CA and Melville, NY - February 3, 2004 - Nu
Horizons Electronics Corp. (NASDAQ:NUHC), a leading distributor
of high technology active components, and Integrated Silicon
Solution, Inc. (NASDAQ: ISSI), a leader in advanced memory
solutions, announced the expansion of their product service
and market distribution agreement to extend beyond the
scope of North America. This partnership agreement, effective
immediately, has now been broadened to include distribution
rights in Brazil and throughout Asia, specifically within
India, Korea, Malaysia, North and South China, Singapore
and Taiwan.
As
a result of this expanded agreement, Nu Horizons will
offer ISSI's complete line of SRAM, DRAM, MCP, EEPROM
and Bluetooth wireless chipset memory products and
solutions into these two distinct geographical regions,
in addition to utilizing their respective network of field
application engineers to strengthen technical support
and new product introduction efforts in each of the above
mentioned countries. Nu Horizons has been an ISSI distributor
in North America since February, 1998.
