Semiconductor and Nu Horizons Electronics Corp. Announce
Exclusive North American Partnership Agreement
Sunnyvale,
CA and Melville, NY - October 4, 2005 - Oki Semiconductor,
a leading technology partner in the new era of digital
communications and convergence; and Nu Horizons Electronics
Corp. (NASDAQ:NUHC), a leading distributor of advanced
technology active components and system solutions; today
announced a new agreement under which Nu Horizons will
become the exclusive full service demand creation distributor
of Oki's extensive product offering throughout North America.
Under the terms of this agreement, Nu Horizons will service
Oki's entire North American account base. Oki and Nu Horizons
entered their original partnership agreement in September,
2001.
