Technology and Nu Horizons Electronics Corporation Expand Partnership with Pan-Asia

Clara, CA and Melville, NY - February 1, 2005 - GSI Technology, a leading
supplier of full-featured, high performance static random access memory (SRAM);
and Nu Horizons Electronics Corp. (NASDAQ:NUHC), a leading distributor of high
technology active components; today announced the expansion of their North American
partnership agreement. This partnership now includes the distribution of all synchronous
and asynchronous memory products within the countries of Australia, China, India,
Korea, Malaysia, the Philippines, Singapore, Taiwan and Thailand.
