Xilinx, Inc. Expands Partnership Agreement with Nu Horizons Electronics Corp. to the United Kingdom and Ireland
Expansion Follows Recent Nu Horizons Acquisition of DT Electronics Ltd.
San Jose, CA and Melville, NY — September 5, 2006 — Xilinx, Inc. (NASDAQ: XLNX), the world’s leading provider of programmable solutions, and Nu Horizons Electronics Corp. (NASDAQ:NUHC), a leading global distributor of advanced technology semiconductor, display and system solutions, today announced the expansion of their North American and Asia Pacific partnership agreement to include the United Kingdom and Ireland. Effective immediately, Xilinx field-programmable gate arrays (FPGAs), complex programmable logic devices (CPLDs), software design tools and intellectual property cores will be distributed in the region by DT Electronics Ltd., Nu Horizons’ recently acquired wholly-owned subsidiary, based in Coventry, United Kingdom.
