Turning LEDs into Light Engines |
Implementing LED lighting technology is more involved than finding the latest and greatest LED. LED lighting systems are comprised of multiple subsystems: LEDs, LED drivers, thermal management, and optics; each interacting with the other to affect the system’s overall performance. Without expertise in each of these areas, determining the best design trade-offs for your application can be difficult. If the complete system is not designed properly, the advantages of the LED will be lost. |

These turnkey lighting modules are ideal for a variety of general illumination uses from landscape lighting to vehicle lights. They are equivalent to a 7-watt to 20-watt halogen bulb and offer several light patterns and colors. They thread directly into industry-standard 1/8" IPS light fixtures.
